Balance is the art of falling and catching yourself.

Our story

It all begins with self care.

Herbalism has taught me the ways in which we can heal ourselves through nature and explore the ways nature is woven into our lives .  In my clinical herbalism practice my work is rooted in accessibility, harm reduction and with the belief that healing work is not only for the individual but an act of healing within the community. For now, I am simply a seeds establishing roots.

I use our knowledge base to offer empowerment & encouragement to clients. In selling personally made products we hope to support accessibility and knowledge of herbs as medicine.

I hope to work in community to provide preventative health care and education around using plant, earth & elemental medicines in a holistic way.  Herbalism is a radical form of self-care.  I want to spread the knowledge of its accessibility and chip away at the barrier between us and nature. Healing  with plants calls on us to be active in our own health. I work to spread this and see the change in my clients that I have begun to see in myself. It's a priority and responsibility to provide unbiased care. I believe that each person regardless of their sexual orientation, gender expression, race, ability, class, religion/spiritual beliefs, resident status, or substance use has the right to nonjudgmental care and support. We are all born with the right and the ability to heal, and nature provides this for us. Navigating reproductive concerns, menstrual cycles, all manner of emotional upset, stress, anxiety, depression, as well as allergies, digestive complaints, immunity, colds & flu, chronic pain and more. I work with people to build a healing path that’s right for them, to understand the language our body speaks and support its innate intelligence with herbs and practices so that we feel well. In the end we are the experts of our own body and its abilities.

This is medicine for the people.

“Action on behalf of life transforms. Because the relationship between self and the world is reciprocal, it is not a question of first getting enlightened or saved and then acting. As we work to heal the earth, the earth heals us.”
