Balance is the art of falling and catching yourself.
Our story
It all begins with self care.
Herbalism has taught me how we can heal ourselves through nature and recognize the ways nature is deeply woven into our lives. In my clinical herbalism practice, my work is rooted in accessibility, harm reduction, and the belief that healing is not just an individual journey but an act of community care. For now, I see myself as a seed establishing roots.
I use our shared knowledge base to empower and encourage clients. Through the sale of my handmade herbal products, I aim to support accessibility and increase awareness of herbs as medicine.
I aspire to work within communities to provide preventative healthcare and education on using plant, earth, and elemental medicines in holistic ways. Herbalism is a radical form of self-care. I want to share its accessibility and help dismantle the barriers between us and nature. Healing with plants calls on us to take an active role in our health, and I strive to spread this message, seeing in my clients the same transformative changes I’ve experienced myself.
Providing unbiased care is both a priority and a responsibility. I believe that every person—regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, race, ability, class, religion or spiritual beliefs, resident status, or substance use—deserves nonjudgmental care and support. We are all born with the right and the ability to heal, and nature generously provides the tools for this.
In my practice, I work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including reproductive health, menstrual cycles, emotional well-being, stress, anxiety, depression, allergies, digestive health, immunity, colds and flu, chronic pain, and more. Together, we build a healing path tailored to their unique needs, helping them understand the language of their bodies and supporting its innate intelligence with herbs and practices to restore well-being. Ultimately, I believe we are the true experts of our own bodies and their abilities.
This is medicine for the people.

“Action on behalf of life transforms. Because the relationship between self and the world is reciprocal, it is not a question of first getting enlightened or saved and then acting. As we work to heal the earth, the earth heals us.”
